God's Acceptance

     Illustrating a truth of Main Healing Lessons 17-18: Accepted in the Beloved
          and Love Thyself!

God's acceptance of those who are in Christ is so complete that He is always ready to meet us where we are just as we are with the embrace of His perfect love. The only problem is we are often not so willing to meet with Him on the same basis! We have a hard time accepting it that God really does love us just as we are. These unbelieving feelings are often rooted in the very real rejections we have experienced from others and even from ourselves over the things that are wrong in us. The way back to close communion is to fully forgive those who have rejected us, fully accept ourselves just as He does, release all past feelings of rejection, and embrace this liberating truth of our total acceptance by Him!
