Two Hearts in One Believer

     Illustrating a truth of Our True Identity (Main Healing Lesson 9)

Whenever we accept Jesus as our Savior, God is true to His Word and places a new heart and a new nature within us--we are already just like Jesus deep down at the core of our being! However, the person we are now has to keep choosing moment by moment to stay surrendered, trusting and obeying of the Lord for that New Creation to be raised to the surface. Otherwise the heart of the old nature takes over, the "old man" (our former self) comes back to life and we end up living way below our true inheritance. But just let your new heart seek to surrender all things to Jesus at all times and watch that "little" David take down the Goliath of your old ways.
