Every month we hold week long Matters of the Heart seminars in Savannah as both night and day courses. What our seminars are like

There truly is no way to easily describe all that we are seeking to accomplish, all that the Lord does, and that can take place in the course of one of our seminars. You can preview the 24 main lessons (but there is so much more...) posted on this site and that will give you a good idea of the content--though we value revelation far more than mere information. On a typical day we will have worship times, teachings, fellowship opportunities, prayer ministry, refreshments, video clips, some tears, and lots of laughter. Here are some attempts at description:

1) Healing Streams is a way of being washed in a cleansing stream flowing from the altar of the Lord. It is learning to give oneself more fully to God in Spirit and in truth (some have called it being marinaded in Spirit and Truth).
2) It is a spiritual boot camp for understanding and training in spiritual warfare and for entering into the glorious liberty promised as part of our inheritance in Christ.
3) It is a field hospital for veterans in the Body of Christ who have discovered that the pains they began with have not all been mended and new wounds have been added!
4) It is expected that this training will enable people to recognize and deal with their “issues” before God and begin walking in new freedom and greater peace.
5) It is expected that many physical illnesses will simply disappear as the root issues in the emotional life are finally resolved.

"Freedom Week" seminars

These are week-long, day-time immersions in this teaching and prayer ministry—like being bathed in the Word and Spirit. Despite the full schedule our "students" regularly tell us that they find our healing seminars very refreshing. We can see that they are life-transforming--people's countenances grow brighter and lighter as the week progresses!

Freedom Weeks are usually held on the second week of each month. The week begins with worship followed by a brief orientation session on Monday morning--then we launch right into the lessons! The seminar is a series of teachings and group ministry that run from Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM--5:00 PM, with individual ministry scheduled for Friday afternoon. The location will usually be at the home office of Healing Streams Ministry.

There is a $75.00 advance registration fee, which covers our administrative costs and a "Matters of the Heart Workbook" for following along in the lessons (the Workbook can also be downloaded or purchased separatedly from the store). This fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, but it can be applied to a later seminar. An offering is taken at the end of the seminar to help support the ministry itself.

"Freedom Weekend" seminars

We offer a condensed seminar for those who just cannot take a week off from their day jobs--but can cut a weekend free from their busy schedules. This course covers a full weekend from Friday night (6:30-8:30) through Sunday afternoon (Saturday and Sunday from 9-5). It is also held at our home office and is essentially the same as our Freedom Week, though some of the teachings have either been abridged or eliminated to focus on the main life transforming ones. These are usually held on the third full week of every month (see the web site Calendar for exact dates). Learn how to gain and maintain your freedom!

There is a $50.00 advance registration fee, which covers our administrative costs and a "Matters of the Heart Workbook" for following along in the lessons. This fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, but it can be applied to a later seminar. An offering is taken at the end of the seminar to help support the ministry itself.

All Freedom Weekend seminars follow this weekly schedule:

Friday night        6:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Saturday            9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sunday              9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
     Individual ministry sessions in the afternoon (if desired).

If you would like to attend a Freedom Week or Freedom Weekend you may download these forms (or register online). The registration form will need to be filled out and mailed to us with your deposit. Please fill out the Confidential Personal History form and bring it with you.
