Heart Guide for Lesson 18:
Love Thyself

We are covered by a Great Love. Beloved, you just can't be more loved than this!

'As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Abide in my love. If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father's commandments and abide in his love.' John 15:9-10 ESV

'For the Father himself loves you, because you have loved me and have believed that I came from God.' John 16:27 ESV

'I in them and you in me, that they may become perfectly one, so that the world may know that you sent me and loved them even as you loved me.' John 17:23 ESV

In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 1 John 4:10 ESV

We love because he first loved us. 1 John 4:19 ESV  

So let's believe in it as if our lives depend upon it (which they do).

Let God be true though every one were a liar. Romans 3:4 ESV (Even if it is your own opinion about yourself!)
